We aim to despatch all Online orders within 5 working days, this may be longer if we are away at events. If your order is urgent or required by a certain date please email us with the details. If you wish to order any bespoke pieces or items you have seen that do not appear online please email with your requests.

Trade customer terms & conditions below:                                                              

We aim to dispatch allTRADEorders within 3-4 weeks however during peak seasons this may take longer. All orders are sent using next day courier unless otherwise stated. 

Our UK carriage paid order is £350. Any Orders placed below this amount will incur the charges set out below :

Net Value up to £200 = £10.00                                                                       

Net Value between £200 - £350 = £14.00

Payment Terms      

Payments can be made by BACS and should be made in UK Pounds Sterling unless otherwise agreed.                     

Proforma payment is required with all first orders & strictly 30 days invoicing thereafter.                                                            

Minimum order value £100 (exc carriage)                                                                   

Four Handsis not VAT registered

Availability & Deliveries

All orders are processed according to the date they are received by Four Hands

Any damages or shortages must be notified within 72 hours from receipt or claims will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed on return of goods or receipt of adequate photographs minus any delivery charges incurred by four hands as part of the transaction.
